This week, I have a card for you featuring our new release, Prince of Peace! I loved using this stamp. I created the straw along the bottom by using a small portion of the Wispy Grass single. It worked so well with this! I can see this single coming in handy for many different things. And I am not sure if you can see it but I used the Cuttlebug Forest Branches embossing folder on this card. It went so well with the straw. It's also used Stickles in a few places.

And do you ever have a card or a layout that turns out nothing like you envisioned? Well, this next card is one of those. I started out doing a challenge on Splitcoaststampers but then ditched the idea. I got to working with my card, and Idecided what I had intended to do wasn't going to work so here is the final result:
Really different from where I thought I was going with this card but oh well. I hope you like it anyway. This card uses two stamps from the October kit Thinking About the Good Times. You only have until the end of the month to get this amazing kit, and today everything is 25% off all orders so you might want to go ahead and pick up this awesome kit while you can!And for those of you that loved my Names of God stamp that was featured in a previous kit, you can now buy it as a single! The stamp is called Almighty God and sells for $6 or you can buy it as part of the Hip Hop New Release Bundle for $15.
Thanks for stopping by this week! Now hop on over to Wendy's blog to see what fun stuff she has to share! Happy Hoppin' and Shoppin'. :)
