Papers: Prima Melody, Paper Trey Ink cs
Our Daily Bread Designs Stamps: Scripture Collection 7 (scripture), He Will Rise (crosses), Don't Worry (flower)
Stamp Ink: Tim Holtz Distress Inks walnut stain, Ranger clear ep, VersaMark
Embellishments: Maya Road canvas banner pieces & organza rose, Paper Trey Ink rustic twine, Glimmer Mist pink taffy, Martha Stewart eyelet lace border punch, Heidi Swapp Center of Attention chip alpha, Making Memories Sabrina tiny alpha, Tim Holtz tiny attacher, Zva Creative pearl flourish, Ranger sticky back canvas, sewing machine
Okay, now for the other exciting news! There is one more way to win during this special Anniversary Celebration! It's our Second Customer Favorites Contest! We will be taking submissions of favorite verses until March 31, 2011, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. There is a special post on the ODBD blog and a special link to it in the right side bar so you can easily find it through the rest of this month. Simply read and follow the rules, and submit the verse you would most like to see to use on layouts, cards, or any paper creation! If your verse is selected, you will receive the set free and you will be invited to be a guest designer for the release of these new stamps when they are ready by sending a photo of your card to Kelley to post on the ODBD blog. Please see THIS post for all the details! We can't wait to see your submissions!
Now, don't forget to leave a comment on each blog including the ODBD blog so that you are entered for the prizes! From here, hop on over to Fran's blog and see what amazing piece she has created for you today! Thanks for stopping by, and Happy Anniversary ODBD!!!! Blessings,

ReplyDeleteYour shabby chic design is so pretty! I love the layout and your sentiment is beautiful and inspiring. Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeletePatter, this is my first blog hop and I'm enjoying it so much! Your design is just plain adorable. I love the canvas banner with the crosses... I love three dimensional, mixed media art and have thought forever that greeting cards should have more detail. You've done just that! The torn paper edges speak volumes to me...sometimes I feel a little "ragged" and torn but God's Word is always perfect and gives even me, a ragged and weary girl, hope.
ReplyDeleteWow, even if my comment doesn't get posted, I wanted to let you know how much I appreicate your art and love the shabby chic design and sentiment. Thank you.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful layout and I love the scripture verse. The banners are perfect.
ReplyDeleteI like the detail of the way you did the canvas flower - and all verses that talk about God being a shield speak to me. Sometimes we think we have to hold the shield ourselves, but sometimes other people hold it for us, and sometimes it's sufficient to just hide under the shield of His word.
ReplyDeleteVery intereting use of texture and I like the different media used in the card creation. A lovely design.
ReplyDeletePatter to me this is the best page I have ever seen of yours! That photo of your bible with your name right there for all to see makes a powerful statement all on it's own! And then to add the special verse you chose and that amazing cross banner! WOW!!! Love it all!
