{ODBD Anniversary} Designer Favorites Flower Hunt Game

Welcome to the 4th anniversary fun at Our Daily Bread designs! Today we are having a game of sorts. One dozen of the bread sticks have baked up a special scavenger hunt game! We decided to shower ODBD with a bouquet of flowers, since flowers are one of the traditional gifts for a 4th anniversary. Hoppers will be collecting these flowers along the way, and creating a beautiful bouquet for Kelley and all of Our Daily Bread designs! We each have created a special card or project using at least one of our own personal ALL TIME FAVORITE ODBD sets. SIX of us will also have a special "Designer’s Flower Hunt Game" blog button with a special flower on it! You will want to look for it in the designer’s side bars of their blogs as you hop through. You never know which 6 designers out of the 12 of us has a special flower! You will want to start at the ODBD blog for all of the details and then begin search! Here is our "hop" order for the Flower Hunt Game:

Now let's look at my four favorite ODBD stamp sets and then what I created with two of the sets. Click on the title of each set to see an image of the set.

Honeycomb Background
I love this particular background because it works so amazingly on everything especially art journaling pages! But with that said I have used it on cards and scrapbook pages too. It is a great, great background for all thing paper crafting and mixed media!

Faith
This set not only has wonderful scriptures but it has a title (Faith) and a quote from Mother Theresa. Then if that were not enough, there is a gorgeous butterfly image that goes with the set. Truly a favorite and so versatile!

God's Love
When this particular set was released, I knew I had to have it. I love butterflies, and the butterfly in this set is stunning. I also love the verse and quote. They work so well for the scrapbook pages I create of my girls!

The Word of God
And what can I say about this set? I LOVE God's Word, and I love the Bible image. I create new journals each year, and this set works perfectly for journals, cards, scrapbook pages, etc. Needless to say, I use this set a lot!

So, what did I do with two of the sets? Well, I created an 8x8 scrapbook page of one of my girls. I used the title and quote from the Faith set. I then used a portion of the butterfly image from the God's Love set for the banner below the photo. I was trying to think of how to use the image differently. I had a lot of fun with this page!
