Dealing the Weight Loss Hand {Week 6}

Wow, y’all were busy this week! I have seen some spectacular cards. You all created so many this week, that I can’t show them all. So, I am going to post the links here so everyone can see all of the hard work you have done, and so they can be encouraged also! And of course I know you would love some great comments too!

Okay, so a lot of us have a love/hate relationship with exercise. I have found that doing something you love makes all of the difference in the world when it comes to exercise. I used to be a certified aerobics instructor. I even taught while I was pregnant before finding out there were three babies in there. Oh goodness! Anyway, when I taught, I had a class depending me. I got a workout, and I had fun. But doing it on my own can be another story. Have you found what exercise you love to do? Are you exercising? Do you have a friend that can join you? A really fun type of exercise I learned about this week on Faith Sisters is Photo Walking! If you aren’t already exercising, what can you find that might be fun? And thank you Mel for the prompt this week!

Well, in all my "catch up" I need a mini-break, so I'll do my card later this week......

Um...exercise, ya, right!!!
I'll have to think about that one. Actually, my stepmom and I had a conversation on the phone about this last night, so it's ironic its the topic you picked for this week!!! (I hate it when the message is coming loud 'n clear...but you are still tempted to resist it!)

I right there with you about the exercise. I think it's more the idea of it than actually doing it! Once you get started, it's fun.

Great idea with the weight loss cards. A good way to stay motivated!

Exercising is the KEY! Dieting or sensible eating as we call it at my house can't do it alone.

My trainer companie is called "move to lose" It is so true!!! I've lost 44 pounds since March 2007. I have 35 to go!
