Organizational {Friday}

How do you store your brads and small embellishments? Well, my favorite over the years has been my CTMH embellishment organizer. Love it!!! It holds SO much stuff. And I still use it for my smaller embellishments.

However, as embellishments have gotten bigger, I needed a place to store those larger brads and fun embellishments. Well, everyone has talked about the IKEA storage. So, I went and bought one of these beauties. Only to find out it takes hours to put the darn thing together. Yes, it's only $9 or so but the labor involved to get it put together is worth a million. Ha!

Anyway, it has turned out to be very helpful in storing my larger brads and embellishments. Here is a drawer with my larger brads:

I cut thick chipboard pieces to section off the drawer. Then I put the manufacturer's label on the chipboard so that I can sort my embellies by manufacturer. This has worked great for me.
In my other drawers, I have Karen Foster Scrapper's Floss, large punches, Doodlebug Frills, etc. This organizer works perfect for these goodies. I hope you enjoy it. Just beware of the "construction factor" if you purchase one of these organizers. :)

What a great organizer. I can't believe that something that looks very simple can take so long to put together. That is insane.

I love what you did with it. Great idea to section it off like that.

That organizer is pretty impressive, but I can't believe even that thingie requires assembly from Ikea. I think a spoon from Ikea must require assembly!

I've had my eye on that organizer for awhile now. I love how you divided the drawers, very clever.

Looks great! We used to live near an IKEA in CA; I was there at least once a month :) Love that store - even though the assembly of some of their things can be time-consuming...

Hey Patter! I finally got in. I agree with you about Ikea products. They are great, but a pain to put together! Great ideas, though!
