It's A Very Special Wednesday {Blog Hop}

I am so excited to be taking part in the Wait for the Lord Cards blog hop today! You should be joining me from Julie Campbell's blog. If not, be sure to hop back to the Wait for the Lord Cards blog so that you don't miss any of the cards or your chance to win! When you get there, you can also read what Wait for the Lord Cards is all about!

The card I have created for today's hop uses some of the new Webster's Pages 6x6 papers I mentioned a couple of weeks ago. They are so beautiful! And the stamps are from Our Daily Bread Designs. I also used my VersaFine toffee ink to sponge the edges of the tag and the entire card. It was the perfect color for these papers. Papers: Webster's Pages Holiday Collection, Memory Box notecard
Stamps: Our Daily Bread Designs Grow in Grace, Our Daily Bread Designs Let Us Begin
Stamp Ink: VersaFine vintage sepia and toffee
Copics: E55, E59, R46, R59, G21, G24
Embellishments: misc. tag, We R Memory Keepers metal photo corners, Ribbon Retreat ribbon, Memory Box diamond jewel stickers, KaiserCraft rhinestone

Who do you know that could use a special card to brighten their day? Well, I will mail this card to the person of your choice if you are the winner of my card. All you have to do is leave a comment here by tonight at 11:59 p.m. CST, and I will choose a random winner to be announced on Thursday morning, Oct. 8th. The winner will email me and let me know who they would like the card to be sent to along with a message for the inside of the card. So, who do you know that needs to hear about God's abounding grace?

Also, our other exciting news is that Kelley from Our Daily Bread Designs has graciously agreed to "sponsor" this blog hop. There will be a random winner chosen from ALL the comments left on ALL of the blogs. That lucky winner will receive the "grand prize" of ANY stamp set they wish from Our Daily Bread Designs. Chelsea will announce that winner on the Wait for the Lord Cards blog so be watching to see if you are the lucky winner!

Now, please hop on over to Rebecca's blog to see what she has waiting for you! And I leave you with this:
2 Corinthians 13:14 "May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all."

Patter, I would very much appreciate a beautiful card of encouragement to be sent to my sister, Brenda. We just learned yesterday that due to a recently diagnosed auto-immune disorder, she is in need of a kidney transplant. We are somewhat shaken, but not without hope. She is a 44 y.o. homeschool Mom to two daughters. We find ourselves 'Waiting on the Lord' for strength and courage as we begin this next chapter of our faith journey. Thank you.
