Do you have trouble keeping track of everything on your "to do" list? Well, I know I do. If it's not written down, then it mostly like will not get done. I love my little "to do" book. I have used it for several years, and it still is not full. This thing has a lot of pages in it!
To create my book, I purchased cheap, small spiral notebooks from my local grocery store. They were less than $2 each! I bought several because I make these books as gifts too. Here is my "to do" book followed by the one I made for my sister: The metal clips hold completed pages so that I can flip to the current page quickly. These have truly been helpful in keeping me organized not to mention they are fun to make! If you need to organize those task lists, this might just be the solution for you in 2010! Enjoy!

Love the first best, they're both gorgeous!! Great idea for a gift!!
Great idea think I will make one.
What a good idea to use a book rather than a snippet of paper! These are gorgeous -- what inspiration to actually write a list (and then go back to scratch off completed tasks)!! Lovely! Thanks for sharing this with us! Sara
Yours are beautiful, and I could see how you could really design it in a way that the other person would realy like it.
I bought all of the components to make a three ring binder with a cover, calendar, envelope for receipts and other itemms, and blank paper for sketches etc...
I bought them to make for my mom and two sisters. Did I make any? NO! And, now my mom just dropped off a daytimer for me! LOL
Thanks for the reminder, Patter. Mothers day is coming soon, I'll try for then!

This is exactly what I need. I'm always needing to keep notes in my Children's Church Class I teach. This would work great. Thank You so much for sharing.
Ah! Love it! Perfect timing as I was literally just sitting down to write my master "To Do" list! :) Providential! Thanks! ;)
Hi, Patter!
I have an altered notebook, too. You can see it here: http://hoosierstamper.blogspot.com/2009/08/altered-notebook.html and I am like you, find it much easier to keep all my lists of things to do in one place!! This has served me well. I love both of the ones you made! Very pretty!
I love the altered notebook idea also i altered a notebook to my daughter to use in the university.
These little notebooks is a nice i idea to make for a gift or justo to do list like your work.
I found this little notebook in a pharmacy i make in the past some.
At this time i don't have in my blog the photos.
Thanks for sharing your work so beautiful, love the colors you use.
