Welcome to our February Let Your Light Shine Scrapbook Challenge! We have some changes this month so be sure to read this post on the ODBD blog to see what is happening with our fun challenge!
Do you love embellishments? I know I do! This month we are going to have a little recipe challenge. Your February challenge is to choose 3 ingredients from the recipe and use them on any size scrapbook page along with ODBD stamps. You may use more ingredients but you must use at least 3 from this recipe. Have fun mixing it up!
Recipe List:
Bling
Buttons
Flowers
Chipboard
Ribbon/Twine/String
Sewing (hand or machine)
I decided to use 4 items from the recipe: chipboard, button, machine sewing, and twine. And the ODBD stamps I used are: Never Give Up and Grunge Cross Background. I did stamp part of the decorative swirls from the cross in the "Never Give Up" set on each banner but it's a bit hard to see.
Papers: Memory Box Brioche, Paper Trey Ink cs
Our Daily Bread Designs Stamps: Never Give Up, Grunge Cross Background
Stamp Ink: Jenni Bowlin spice tin, Tim Holtz Distress Ink frayed burlap
Embellishments: library card from amazon.com, Jenni Bowlin soap powder paint dabber, Basic Grey Olivia chipboard letters, Deluxe Designs chipboard heart and scalloped square, Creative Cafe button, washi tape from cutetape.com, baker's twine, sewing machine

Gorgeous! Love the mix of papers and images. The cross looks striking on the light blue background. The sentiments are perfect on the layout!
