Well, the ice came down hard yesterday, and we are still iced in this morning! I have to skate everywhere when I take the dogs out. Even the ground is ice. I thought you might enjoy a few photos of our ice rink. The hill to the right going down leads to hubby's garage. Hmmm, I don't think he is going anywhere today either. I guess none of us are!
And I don't think our poor puppy knows what to do though he is loving the cold!
And lastly, Blue Fern Studios has joined CSI today for a blog hop. Leslie of Blue Fern Studios is giving away an amazing set of chipboard you don't want to miss! So, jump over here and scroll down to see what Leslie is giving away and how to enter to win!!! I would LOVE for one of my blog readers to win this amazing chipboard!!! It is truly wonderful to work with.
Enjoy the day everyone, and stay safe and warm! Blessings,

TFS. Love the photos. It's weather we don't have where we live.
Wow Patter you do have your own skating rink don't you? It is cold here but no ice. Stay in and stay safe! Thanks for the chance to win.
We're ICED IN too Patter! We can't even get down our drive to get to the mail box!!!! We'd end up over the edge of the drive in a steep drainage area! YIKES!!!!! NOT GOOD!!! HOPING things thaw out!!!!!!!! :)Our grass is CRUNCHY too!!! The kitties go out & want to come right back in! They try to jump to evade the icy steps but, end up sliding across the steps, because their feet slip out from under them!!!!! :)
Holy Moly! I've never seen ice like that in my life! How do you drive??? lol The photo of the holly is so pretty :) Stay warm!
Be careful in all that ice!!
It might well be a little on the cold side in your part of the world, but it makes for stunning photographs.
It's been a while since we've had such conditions (and I am grateful for that) but they do make for lovely pics! Stay safe and warm!
The ice is so, so pretty but this Texas girl is shivering all over.
I really like your site.
Your pictures are absolutely gorgeous! I have to ask what camera and lens you are shooting these with?!?!
Thanks Chelsea! :) I have a Canon 50D, and I used my regular lens (the 28-135mm). :) Blessings,
