Tuesday's {Tip} Opaque Mist

This weekend I worked on making a journal. I shared the cover yesterday. If you missed that, please click here. I am almost done with the inside pages but I was running out of my Mister Huey's Opaque White mist. This little bottle ran out quickly so I decided to make my own. It's super easy and all you need is:

*White gesso
*Water
*Spray bottle

I took my empty spray bottle, filled it 1/2 with water and 1/2 with gesso. Shake, spray, and have fun. Here is how it turned out on a portion of two of the inside pages of my journal:

It works great, and I don't know that I will buy opaque mist anymore. I will just make my own. :) Have a blessed Tuesday!

good girl! I love it when people get creative and come up with solutions for art supplies. Sometimes they can be WAY over priced for what they are. Your pages are looking great. I finished mine up today and began "staining" my tags. This workshop is fun!
