Today I wanted to share a layout of one of my girls. This was her graduation day, and as you can imagine, she was excited. I used the July Blue Fern Studios sketch as well as the new Blue Fern Studios paper line called Ombre Dreams. Here is my 8 1/2 x 11 layout:
The chipboard stars are new from Blue Fern Studios, and they are called "Seeing Stars." I painted the stars with gesso and let them dry. Once dry, I painted with three LuminArte paint colors—cool water, navajo pearl, and lime squeeze. I then let that dry, and lastly I stamped the stars with the Unity "Give it all Meaning" stamp.
Papers: Blue Fern Studios Ombre Dreams Susan's Dream
Stamps: Unity Give it all Meaning, Technique Tuesday Ali Edwards Pure Magic, Becky Higgins PL date stamp, Heidi Swapp stamps
Stamp Ink: Archival jet black, Jenni Bowlin stick candy
Blue Fern Studios chipboard: Seeing Stars (painted w/gesso and LuminArte cool water, navajo pearl, and lime squeeze paints then stamped with Unity stamp)
Embellishments: Prima packaging, Miss Godivas Celedon flowers, and Avante Spring flowers; Manor House Creations Coordinations yellow flower; Maya Road Kraft Note Envelope; Heidi Swapp Black and White Friend stickers; TCW mini specimens stencil; Liquitex light modeling paste; Golden black gesso; joint tape; misc. washi tape; misc. ledger paper; sewing machine
