It's A Journal {Giveaway}

For those of you taking part in this year's Glory {Art} studies, you know that I have a new option this year. I am sharing journaling prompts so that you can journal and leave your faith legacy. I love the leather journal I have and use. So, today, I thought I would offer one of these journals to one Glory {Art} participant. The journal looks like this and holds wet media pretty well. I also use a Pigma Micron pen for journaling, and there is not any bleed through.
So, what do you have to do to win this journal? Leave a comment and tell me if you are participating in this year's Glory {Art} Challenge, if you are journaling, creating, or just studying along with the challenge, or anything else you want to share about the challenge or how you would use the journal. I will leave this giveaway open until Saturday, Feb. 25th, at 11:59 p.m. Then I will announce the winner on Sunday here on my blog. You must leave your e-mail address in the comment so that I can contact you if you are the winner.

And before I finish this post, I thought you might like to see today's journaling. This was a question from this past week's journaling prompt in our study. Once again, another super simple page as it's about the journaling not the art. I always just need a bit of color on the page. :)

Thanks for joining me, and can't wait to see who will get to enjoy this gorgeous journal! Blessings to each of you,

It seems like forever that I've been following your posts! I usually do what you do - studying and then journaling in my bibles, notebooks, and/or index cards. Haven't tried fabric or crochet yet, but one of these days...

I plan to get started on this for this year. I haven't done any class Bible studies before. I'm not sure exactly what I would write but I need to do this. Love how you do yours. thanks, Nancy

I am enjoying the Glory Art posts, studying and journaling but only sometimes making something. I also find that the journaling questions are good for conversation starters thank, Patter. Jennifer in OH. jdjmosher@gmail.com

I am participating this year in the challenge. I enjoy the option of the various prompts. I haven't done my journal entry for Feb. yet but for January I just wrote in my devotional journal. I really like this year's format of journaling. I really think I'll be able to keep up with it this time. I keep hoping someday, maybe our children will enjoy reading what I'm writing. Thanks for the opportunity to win just a beautiful journal. I'd love to add some simple stamping/color to my entries.

I am following by doing the journaling. I very much have enjoyed your posts and this bible study is wonderful. It has been a long time since I did a bible study, so it so nice to use my art journaling.

That is absolutely gorgeous. What beautiful journal.

Well you know I am participating and enjoying the challenge but most of the the study and reflecting which allows me to draw closer to Christ. I am doing a tag for each challenge. I think I get more out of it if I follow the study, create and journal/answer the prompts. I am looking forward to having my tags at the end of the year all on a binder ring displayed in my space.

Thank you Patter for putting in the time and making such a wonderful study for us. I plan to work on my February prompt (tag) this weekend. I've already read through the entire study and was truly blessed.

Patter, life has really thrown me for a loop in the last few years and I have been following you, but unable to join in a lot. I have been keeping a journal of my studies, and need to kick it up a notch and would love to be able to use this journal and do some coloring in it as well. I also would love to get back to my mixed media which I enjoy so much and be able to use that in this years study. Seems as though soon I will have more time and looking forward to getting back into the art/paper crafting I so enjoy. grammytoo4@outlook.com is my email. Hope your family is doing well. Love to all.

What a gorgeous journal and generous gift! I would be honored to have a place to work in that is that beautiful. I have a notetakers bible that I bought right before Bible Journaling became really popular and the margins are narrow (it is for studying, not art making) and the pages are really thin. I would love to have something that could stand up to mixed media well.

I just posted a response to the new prompt and feel there will be more responses coming. I love all of the questions you posed and will continue to dig deeper.

Dear Patter,
Thank you for the inspiration you always bring! My Mom "introduced" me to you a couple of years ago with your beautiful Scripture verse carousel! You have been quite the inspiration & I thank you! I always read through your studies and when I can, create an inspirational page in my journal. We have homeschooled for the last 10 years and I taught in a Christian school for 12 years before that. After 25 years at the same address, we are moving-leaving family nearby while our youngest is graduating high school and our middle child is graduating from college and has already accepted a job that will be two hours away...my whole little world feels as though it is off-kilter and my Momma heart is struggling. Our youngest is heavily involved in ballet, violin and Christian drama which has filled nearly every week night and many weekend and now it is time for this nearly 50 year old gal to get her bearings and discern the new adventures our dear Lord has for us all! I hope to journal it for my own clarification and, Lord willing, my children's edification! Would love to win-thanks for the gracious giveaway!Blessings!! abcjones@comcast.net

I have been bible journaling for a very short time .... actually just after the first of this year. While I am enjoying using an actual journaling bible, I would love the chance to use a journal where I have the entire page to work on, not just a two-inch strip alongside the page! Thank you for a chance to participate in this giveaway!

I read your posts but have been bible journaling since Nov. by taking a passage of scripture and writing it in my journal. I love to look back in my journal and read how that passage spoke to me at that time. I have followed your blog for years now and have been blessed. Thank you for the chance. I have been a Christian for a long time and like you have been involved with BSF for over 15 years - leading and being on the admin team. I am also a lover of crafting and painting but have never journaled. I am thinking this is something I should do and with a brand new empty journal I think it would motivate me to start! Thank you for sharing your combination of your faith and art - it is very encouraging! hcroley@yahoo.com
