Come join our “Resolution: Me” Crop January 25-27, 2008, at AC Bailey Designs. We will have a three-day crop to get those “All About Me” albums going! Friday’s prompts will include getting those pages done about your past. Saturday’s prompts will include things that you are doing today! And Sunday will be about “you” in general! We will have six prompts each day for a total of 18 prompts! Now that’s an album full already! We will also have a prize winner for each day! Please come and join us and invite your friends! Another Layout for AC Bailey Designs

This is another layout I did for AC Bailey Designs. I also used a blank transparency to print the title. Then I painted on the back of the transparency and along the edges. This was the first time I had done that. I think I need to try it more often. It was fun! This is a picture of my daughter on Thanksgiving day with my parent's new puppy. She is such a cutie and about 1/2 pound bigger than one or our new puppies. Gotta love dogs! Thanks for looking!

Loving Bo Bunny!

For my DT work at AC Bailey Designs, I worked with the wonderful Bo Bunny Press papers, ribbons, brads, and cardstock stickers. This stuff is so fun and colorful. The ribbons come in two different widths, and the double dot brads are awesome. There are 12 small brads and 12 large brads with different designs. I may have to order more because I can see myself using these goodies a lot! I made a fun card, did a layout of one of my girls from 2000, and altered a 7Gypsies journal with just three pieces of Bo Bunny patterned paper. I hope you enjoy these goodies. Names of God

For part of my design team work for AC Bailey Designs, I created this fun wall hanging:

I used the Maya Road scalloped album and the October Afternoon County Fair papers. It was all so fun to work with!!! I took the metal rings out of the album so that it was easier to cover each piece of chipboard. I then punched my own holes with my Crop-a-Dile for adding ribbon and attaching the chipboard pieces together. It was very easy! I think I am going to hang this in my half bath in the foyer. I love looking at the names of God. Of course I couldn't fit them all here but I had fun with these few. I hope you are inspired to create a wall hanging. Think of the possibilities--Christmas wall hanging, for a child's room, for the kitchen, gifts, etc. Happy creating!

Maya Road, MME, and Quickutz!

Oh my goodness, I got to play with the most fun products for my DT work at AC Bailey Designs! I love all of these My Mind's Eye's papers. Thankfully I still have some left so I can still play with more! I love the colors and that the papers are double sided! On this first layout, I made lots of journaling strips with the reverse side of one of the patterened papers. And I used my Quickutz to make my own "thickers."

On this second layout, I used the new Maya Road office sheers. Oh goodness, I love these things! I can see myself using these a lot on my layouts! There are a lot of designs per package. Fun, fun! And the Bazzill with an Edge is very fun too! This layout is of my daughter in her new bike gear with her new bike. However, she can't ride it or play because of her head injury!
And for this last layout, I used the Maya Road chipboard arrows. Again, tons of arrows in the package, and many different types. Love these too! And I got to use my new Quickutz monograms. Oh goodness, these were definitely worth every penny! I used foam for the letter here also.Journaling: "Though you have had many, many challenges throughout your precious life, you continue to try your best and lift up others who are hurting. {Yummy} Scenic Route!

For my DT work for ACBailey Designs this month, I got to work with some awesome Scenic Route product! The papers went wonderfully with these pictures of my girls and their cousins when they had a waterballoon fight. I love the bright orange with the greens and teals! I think I need to start using orange on my layouts more often. It is a fun color that just makes everything pop! I hope you will try these papers and maybe try adding some orange to your work. It is really a fun color! TFL!
